A 360 is one of your first tricks for any air rotation, and its fairly easy to try. In order to do a 360, you should be able to do straight jumps, using the foil to pop.
First, jump over a little wave, or use the pop of your wing. Then, in order to turn, bend your arms, turn your hips and kick the back foot forward. Tighten this up by bringing your hips in close to your hands. Look into the direction of the rotation, and push the wing through the wind. Make sure to sheet out while pulling the wing through the wind.
There are different 360 variations, like backside or toe side 360s, but the easiest option is to go for the backside 360. Enjoy the progress, and good luck reaching the next level!
